10w7 question

having a problem finding a good amp, i have a memphis prd16 1000.1 had a local shop install everything not sure how it's wired. i would like to get a jl 500/1 but but i will have to sell my memphis amp first but after looking around i will only be able to get about 120-150 from the memphis what are some other good amps that will give me a good output from this sub? or should i just keep the setup that i currently have 1 12w6v2 in a ported box being pushed by the memphis amp.

if the 12w6v2 is what you have now on 1k then thats not too bad of a set up. i have never used one, but a sundown saz1500d looks like it would be a good match for a 10w7. it should see right at 1k, mabie a tad more. i just sold a 10w7 that was on 1k ported and it wasnt too shabby.

i believe the 12w6v2 is only getting about 500 from the amp right now.
