10w3 or 8w7?

I have a single cab Ford Ranger and I am installing 1 JL 10w3 in it next weekend. If this summer I were to buy an 8w7 would the 8w7 be a noticeable bit louder than the 10w3? or how about an 8w6 or 10w6?

personally i would do the 10w3....just put 500watts to it and watch it pound your head in

The 10w3v2 has more displacement than an 8w7, but not like a lot more. So, the only reason to switch to the 8w7 would be if you liked it's sound quality more.

i'd do the 8w7 either way (cleaner).

Depth on the 8W7 will be your downfall if trying to fit it behind a seat.

Great SQ should be attainable with the cheaper W3 given the proper application.
