are u downing hifonics? because if you are your wrong... hifonics amps do the power they say they do, maybe not the most efficient but if it says 110x4 it does 110x4 (i have a txi 440).

to the op: hifonics is made my maxxsonics who makes autotek, hifonics, crunch, mbquart. its a budget amp and gets the job done. im only 18 yrs old and like most have a tight budget otherwise id go with all sundown amps //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

Yes they make MB quart now, like he said that amp was before the buyout by maxxsonics which means it does not ****.

That mb quart amp is the one of the best amps ive owned. It was built by rockford in the early 2000's when they were top of the game, i ran this amp daily at .75 ohm and it never failed me.

If it is in good condition 170 shipped is a steal, i just one for 250 plus shipping.

Actually, you'd be surprised. I know of 2 people who have benched the newer (06,07,08) Brutus series came with the results that shows they do rated power. Those 3 years were when improvements have been made.

I have had all the Autotek lines and all have loved me back.

I will be selling my current Autotek amp for about 130 shipped. It is their cheaper line, but does the power 1000rms at 1-ohm and only 2 months old, works perfect!

Let me know if you are interested. It is the street machine line.

I paid 150 for it brand new off of onlinestereo.com.

possibly, however the brituis 1608d and 2000d i clamped only did rated power at 4 ohms, 1 ohm they were off by a few 100w

Thank you sir. I wasn't really downing hifonics, I just know this quart amp is higher quality than the newer ones being made.
