and it is class D topology which while it can play higher frequency if you could bypass the x-over, it would sound horrible...

class G or X or T or even a DG or XT hybrid would work but if it was that easy everyone would use D class topology for all amps..

If you could bridge them 2 pair running at 2ohms would be something you could work with.... but that would depend if they are monoblocks or not.... Someone who bought one please share with the class whether or not they have voltage on the +'ve and -'Ve outputs in reference to ground....

I had a guy bring one of these over. I installed it running an old school pyramid pro in a civic hatch(dude was cheap). However, it actually did a decent job. It was ran off a stock stereo and wired to 2 ohm. It was nothing amazing, but it was putting out a bit more then I actually expected.

There is no way you are going to be able to bypass the filter... the best you could hope to do is feed it with a signal with a lower crossover point for subbass duty below 150hz...

they are class D.... mono only... and a fixed 150Hz low pass that is not adjustable...

Im aware. Its not any different than any other OEM amp.

you could do a passive low pass choke setup to keep them from going to low just like ya said...

lots of decent budget midbass drivers on PE that would work for it too...
