100 bucks. What to do?

I'm looking for the best bang for the buck. I'd like to find a pair of 6.5 inch 2 way speakers.

As far as I know, I would say my mountain depth is around 2 inches. What is the mounting depth of your average 4x6 stock? Whatever that is is what I have available.

I was looking at the Alpine Type R coax, Pioneer Premier coax, Image Dynamics, Polk, you name it... thing is, so many choices, and no clue what to do!

Any opinions?

For the record, later on down the road I will get an amp for my speakers. In about, 2-3 weeks after I get the speakers in... so HU power will have to suffice temporarily.

No. Problem is, I have no speakers now. I NEED something for now. The amp WILL come later.

With that being said, what do you folks suggest as far as coaxs to go with?

what would happen if you got dayton rs drivers? and just used those? i know there for use with component systems but would they sound good?

I have a pair of Pioneer 6.5" coaxials for sale. Yours for only 40 bucks shipped. They retailed for $130 new. They are about 1 year old but work flawlessly.

save 35 more dollars.... get some diamond audio m361 off ebay...... best set off components for the money out there.......IMO the quality far surpasses the price tag

Rather than coax, look around on ebay for nice component set. Youll be much better off.
