what are the differences besides the obvious size? i have owned 12's and a 15 but never a 10, but since im getting a mustang and it needs to be small. im thinking either a mach 5 ixl-10 or 12 with about 1200 watts and 2cu^ft ported tuned to 32-34hz (not sure yet).

what will i get with the 10 and what will i get with the 12?

A couple thing come to mind, however, this is not always the case. Smaller box is usualy needed. Less weight. A 10 can get just as low as a 12 or 15 when done right. (I was surprised at how low my single 10 got) and usually less cost for buying a 10. Like I said, this isn't always true, but in general, it'll give u an idea.

yeah i dont have a ton of money so im going to go with a 10 and then i know that i will have some good bass and not take up all the room in my tiny ass trunk lol
