10" sq/spl sub??

OK guys, Im getting rid of my 2 12w6v2's because of weight and space issues. I'm looking for the best 10" sql sub out there. The sub has to be capable of 1ohm and take 1000watts rms to it, because that's what my amp pushes out at 1ohm. I was looking at the 10w7 but I dont think it can be wired to 1ohm. The sub that get's mentioned the most I will pick up. Thanks guys!!

The 10w7 is a single 1.5 ohm sub. The other two options to throw in the mix is a brahma 10 and a xxx 10. Don't expect to get louder then the two 6v2's though one very good 10 will not have the output of two good 12's.

Are you selling the 6v2's? If so how much for the pair shipped?

yes i'm selling the v2's. I wanna try to see if there are any local buyers first because I dont like to ship things if you know what I mean.

I was thinking about the xxx or brahma before posted this thread, cuz I've searched and read numerous good things about these two subs. Which would sound best in a sealed enclosure not looking more at 1cu ft. maybe 1.5 cu ft. the max, or maybe ported if the box isnt bigger than 1.5cu ft.

No brahma.... Brahmas are much better performers then the xxx's in small enclosures as well as in sealed enclosures.

Yes but they like bigger enclosures. I'd definately go w/ a b10 it's the only thing that will perform very well in a very small sealed enclosure off 1000w.

that would work great, IDMAX as well, as well as a brahma. id have to say id pick the brahma out of the three.

what about picking up a titanium elite sub? i think the elite is a much better sub than the w7. the only problem is a discontinuing you just have to find one...trust me it is great the second highest rated subwoofer ever
