10" ported box

can anyone here design me a ported box for a single 10" atomic ap/spl? i would to try and use these dimensions if possible, 38"w x 11.5h x 9"d..i want it to be as loud as possible, not really worried about sound quality as much...if you can help please let me kno, im willing to pay for a design and cut sheet...thanks

Build a box about 1.5 cubes, keep the sub as far from the opening of the port as possible, cut a hole for a 4" aeroport and play with the tuning.
