These are rated max 600 watts rms. Will pushing 800 watts rms too much? Will it blow the sub?

On that sub I seriously doubt that and where did you hear it was only 600watts?....peak is 1200watts on that sub so I wouldn't worry about feeding 800 watts to it at all.
