10" kicker comp vr...sealed-->ported?

so right now ive got a 10 kicker comp vr in a sealed box. and im wanted alittle bit more out of it, and going ported is the best way of doing that right? but im not sure of what it should be tuned to, what do yall that have xp with it think? 35? in a box thats 1.25?

Yea, ported is best. I recommend as close to 30hz as u have balls to take it. CVRs love big ported airspaces, you will like how it turns out.
