10" id max vs. 10" w7 vs. 10" power hx2

i am getting 2 10" id max subwoofers but i was also considering buying w7's or power hx2's and im mostly an spl type of guy so can you guys please tell me which of these 3 subs would sound louder with 1000w rms each in a ported box

I've yet to hear ID 10's get loud, heard em in serveral setups too.

Sorry guys, but the W7 has quite a bit more displacement ability than either of those subs when considering everything but an all-out spl install.

If you can get the 10W7's for a pretty good price, they're hard to beat.

I will never buy a RF driver again, As much as I dont like JL, if going for mostly Spl the W7 would be my choice.

We have a 98 neon hitting 143.5 on a new AC mic with one 10w7 with only 500 watts ported to 30hz, if you had 2 w7 and 1k watts each ported a little higer I think you could beat the hx2 no problem. Rockford cant hang with the force of the w7!!

well to be honest i had a w7 12" though and i didnt really get to feel the power of the beast because my lil brother dropped it and the magnet fell off. good thing is i had a warranty though, them things are expensive
