10 Idqv3 vs. 10 RE SE

Sounds pretty good, I think the RE SE fits the picture well for me. Are there any new models out or previous models that I should be aware of? Such as different logos on the SE subs.

G5 is rated at 4 ohms DVC, wouldn't I need to run two of these in order for me to get a 4 Ohm load?

The G510-44 is dual 4 ohms. The G510-4 is a single 4 ohm.

With your original list of choices, I recommend the G5. It is superior in sound quality than the SE and much greater in output than the IDQ. In a sealed box the SE can't win; ported is another story. I work with both of these woofers almost everyday, not sure how credible I can be.//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wow.gif.23d729408e9177caa2a0ed6a2ba6588e.gif

Right, Dual 4 ohms can be set at 2 ohm or 8 ohm, single 4 would just put me at two. In order for me to run it at 4ohms with my amp, I need something that is dual 2 ohms, which can be at 1 ohm or 4 ohms

Do you even realize what you're posting (refer to the bold quotation)?

I didn't see the G5 in the original list of choices? Did I miss something?

I was just saying in regards to the original list, not that it was listed. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif Sorry for the confusion.

What do you do that allows you to work with both subs daily?

Work, customers, trial and error, experience? Being a dealer for both companies can help as well.

Don't go digging for science articles with statistically significant, robust data for this, though, I can't supply that, sorry.
