looking for a sub to use when i blow my lighting audio **** in my room. i've got a 270 watt plate amp, so anything that runs that rms, or anything that'll wang at that wattage would be nice.

What is your budget? With being exposed to Rain.. I would recommend looking at a marine grade SAS Bazooka for the sub stage

In that airspace you could go ported with th Si SQL 12@$369, hands down the best option in a 1.41 ported box. With 1000 watts RMS and 92 db...

One or two, they are still subwoofer outs and are mono summed signals from both left and right. Even the 2 RCA subwoofer pre-outs on the 2nd one...
