1 wisdom tooth down 3 to go

well today i woke up in excruiating (sp) pain so within about an hour 1/2's time im in the dentist office with him telling me all of my wisdom teeth gotta come out but one is causing alot of trouble , this ***** was all rotted down to the root now mind you im one who takes care of himself i had braces when i was in middle school + brush my teeth 3 times a day and i couldent believe how it looked after it came out, yellow all over it and it came out in like 5 minutes of him just pushing on it

dude, i gotta get two of my wisdom tooth out soon too! my cousin just recently got his shit out and got infected. it was also funny because his whole cheek was swollen!

I've had all four pulled at once. They knocked my a$$ out. When I came too I was in lala land for hours. Wife had to drive me home and stayed in bed all day. You have to keep replaceing the gauze. Good luck!!

getting my wisdom teeth pulled was a walk in the park. at worst, it felt like i got punched in the jaw, not sharp pain, just a dull soreness, i didnt even take the vicodin, only ibprofen every 6 hours or something. the you need to ice a lot. 15 on one side, 15 off, 15 on the other side, 15 off.

well im good on pain, it hurt a little because it wouldent get numb, like half way of him pulling it out he had to stop and stick the needle in again because it hurt to much, but besides that dosent hurt at all its just more of your mind playing tricks on you like "omg hes gonna rip my teeth out" i dunno, them percs are kickin in now boy

Yeah it was more like a soreness. Your mouth has to be open for 1-2 hours. With my insurance I think I payed $180 for all 4 to be done. It's cheaper cause you don't have to pay the anistesta(sp),to knock you out, each time. When you eat you will need to clean out the hole where they once were. All you feel it a big hole.

I would not recommend to smoke until they close. You should ask the dentist.

I have one out too and need 3 more removed. 2 of them are still under the gums so an oral surgeon will have to remove them too. You find yourself poking at the stitches with your tongue?
