1 sub ported or 2 sealed?

i've had 2 american bass dx-15s sealed for the longest time now. At the moment they're both in 2 cubic foot boxes sealed, i've got roughly 10 cu feet to work with so if i were to put just one of them in a 10 cu ft box ported would it be better spl wise compared to both sealed like they are?

Dont you think that is a little 2 much for one 15??

i suppose thats a good point, but idk if thered be enough width or height to face them the same way.

yea it's a little much for one 15, but i think it'd need at least 6' cubed so i figured to go all out with the 10

im a little new to portedness, lookin at the ab catalog and trying to figure out a reccomended size for ported. http://www.americanbassusa.com/american_bass_catalog.pdf but can't figure out what numbers are for what lol
