1 Smaller Port or 2 Larger Ports

Recently a friend and I decided to build a custom box for my Diamond D3 15. We made the box 3.65ft^3 (biggest I can fit in my truck) and are going to tune it to 31Hz. Before we port it, I wanted to know which setup would be louder/better quality. The first port would be 4" X 6.75". The second option would be dual 4"x16.5" ports. Which would be better in terms of loudness and quality?

Dual 4"ers will give you the port area you need. A single 4" port(especially if you're just using PVC) will not give you adequate port area to avoid port noise. And you'll get more output from a pair of 4"ers too.
