1 redtop and 2 yellow tops How to wire?

As far as the battery isolator, i am in the middle of a build and have 3 optima's 2 yellowtops and one red top i know i need an isolator but im not sure what they are or exactly how they work, the two yellow tops are identical and are going in my truck and the red under the hood. so does anyone have any diagrams and/or a good explination? On how to hook it all up right, Also have 2 matching 1 farad streetwires power caps should i incorporate them in the system?

no need for an isolator unless you plan on running the stereo for long periods with the vehicle off

I thought i needed an isolator when i had 2 diff kinds of batteries?, because it would kill the life span of them all.

It is not necessary, but it is highly recommended in order to see the full lifespan of your batteries.

The instructions for your isolator should give you a wiring diagram.
