1 port or 2?

when running 2 subs, is it better to have only 1 port for the two subs or have 2 seperate ports (one for each sub) and having a divider wall between the 2 subs? (giving each sub the same volume and the same sized port)

Generally, separate chambers is better. Usually stronger as there is more bracing in the form of a center divider wall. And ina single chamber if one sub fails, many times the second fails accordingly due to suddenly being in twice the enclosure size it was meant for.

I prefer using a common chamber...easier to build/design and less MDF used. I also like the look of one huge port as opposed to two smaller ones.
