As you know in my sig i have 1 Audioque hdc318.

 

I have a 5.6cu box. i been told to increase box size to 6cu and ive been to decrease box size 4.5.

what should i do in this situation?

bouta 145.3(headrest) playing continuos. but a burp i think i can pull 147 with a wide open burp. but i never do burps

In a 7 cube box tuned to 36 my buddy was doing 48's on music but he also had a crescendo 3k so a little more power. Box design does help as well.

Exactly. That sub should be doing a 146 at the very least.. it could probably "take" alittle more power

7 cubes huh. man that seems kinda big mines in a blazer & i have a saz 2000d. so i def have the room for it. sub up port back or sub & port back?

I'd go sub up port back. Usually yields best results in hatches/ suvs

He had an explorer sub ip port back if I was you its time to move to aero ports a single 8"and aero will yield the best results.

x2 back when i ran my subs back and port back, i broke the piece (covering the button to open it) completely off the trunk. luckily that good ol' bumper to bumper warranty kicked in!

Just fill that rear hatch with expanding foam and deadner and no more hatch issues.
