1.25 ft3 Sealed for 12" TC-1000??

I'm expecting my 12" TC-1000 today.

I have a sealed enclosure that was previously used for a JL Audio 12W3v2. It measures...

23Wx 14H x 10W (.75 MDF) per JL Audio specs

This would net 1.23 ft3 for the TC-1000. Is this too large?

Looking for some input as to whether this box is suitable or if I should have a smaller one made for me.

No, that enclosure should be just about right for that sub sealed. It should sound pretty nice.
