1/2 din 7, 9, or 11 band EQ. What's good?

Whatever that means. Don't you have another level to beat so you can save the Princess?

Ha ha ha ..... That's about as fuggin funny as it gets ~!!! //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/highhorse.gif.6bbb570c3f53dc0dcce8a2b8ad05cf11.gif//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/laugh.gif.48439b2acf2cfca21620f01e7f77d1e4.gif

Here's the dilema .... There is just not very many high end DIN style EQs made .... and the ones that are , are usually full DIN style.

Regardless of you having just bought a new CD player , using the built in EQ is by far your best bet. I just don't personally know about JVC and quality DSP ....

Good Luck !//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif

lol understood. i was just commenting on blue's salesman like praise on the clarion (or whatever company's) unit. about your question couldnt you find a 30 band eq and just hide it under your seat?
I might be able to do that. Its kinda tight under there. Heated/Power seats have alot of hardware. I think my cousin has a Audiocontrol 3.1. I'll use that to see if it will fit. Appreciate it.

I was going to suggest an Audiocontrol 4.1. Probably the best you're going to find in a half DIN setup.
VERY good suggestion ... I had forgot about that piece. Thinking about it , Eclipse used to make a good 1/2 din that was 7 band parametric ..... I don't remember the model # though ...

Precision Power PAR-650 is another choice .....

here's the info :

Born of the rich heritage of state of the art, competition-grade processors PrecisionPower has always been noted for, the PAR-650 is a semi-parametric ("paragraphic") 5-band equalizer that allows for easy sound adjustment. With variable equalizer frequencies and a variable 2-way crossover, you can master the sound of even the most elaborate multi-amp system. Dual rear inputs, plus a front 3.5mm mini-jack input, allow this EQ to serve as a convenient source selector. The built-in live drivers give your main amplifiers a healthy 6 volts of clean signal and your sub amp a whopping 10 volts of bass fury! When you're not tweaking, the rotary controls can be pushed back into the unit for a flush look. All in all, an advanced offering of signal processing that is "Absolutely State of the Art." Includes installation hardware and 1/2-DIN trim ring.

Thanks guys. I think I'm gonna look into the eclipse and PPI as suggest by Blue. My radio is suppose to be here today. I'll see how the built in 7 band sounds. If it doesn't please me, I'll be investing in one of these models.
