1 12" Eclipse TI louder then.....Type r's?

I had two twelves (type r's) with a lanzar opti2000d (850w rms going to each)

my new setup will be 1 eclipse TI 12" getting 1100watts rms in a 1.75 cube box tuned to 35hz

do you think it will be hard to replace the cone area? i always hear two is better then one

i'd take the Rs over that TI because of cone area, only if i had a bigger amp and/or more room.

If you're looking for the lows you might want to tune to 28hz.

I swapped my 2 Alpine type R's that were in a 3.5cft sealed box to 1 12" Q in a 1.5cft sealed box and to my ear the 1 Q is just as loud as my 2 R's were off the same amp, electrical.
