1 12 or 2 12's

Ok guys need some thoughts. I'm currently on 2 12 cvrs and a 400.1 Zx kicker in a box that might not be the proper specs for them. I am curious weather a single sa 12 with a 1000.1 arc xdi will Hit harder? I am in a 00 jaguar s type with the big 3 upgrade with 4ga Rockford ofc wire. Stock door speakers for now and a pioneer avh 3700bhs. Any suggestions or thoughts would be much appreciated

Hell yeah you will be louder with 1 sa in a big ported box 2.5 cubes tuned to 32hz and your golden especially if ur pushing 1000 watts rms

if your gonna put 1kw to it remember to set the gains accordingly..

Twice the power will offset the reduction in cone area. The SA is far superior to the cvr, and you will have an ideal box...go for it
