1 12'' for an AQ1200d

I am looking to buy 1 12in sub for my 07 pontiac g5. I have an AQ1200d and i am getting rid of my RFt1.. so i need a replacement.

Ill probably be building a ported box. I want a good balance between SPL and SQL, but i definitely want something thats going to give me good lows.

I want to spend around 250-300$

Subs i have been looking at..

FI BL 12

AQ HDC 12

FI Q 12

SSA Icon 12

Sundown SA 12

Open to more suggestions.

all solid woofers maybe find you a DD2512 woofer used pretty cheap maybe even a 3512 for that price

DD 3512e d4 sounded real nice in my G6. Just a little bigger car. I have it for sale for $220 plus shipping.

I've had both, I prefer the Q. They hit lows better but still can get pretty loud.

Southern in, about 75 min from louisville.

I recommend the sa its a solid sub and did a similar setup in a sunfire and it did a 137@30 hz its tuned low for daily beating.

I think people forget subs have thermal limits.

Stick to a 3" coil driver.
