1/0 AWG question

hey, I was looking around at 1/0AWG in order to do the big 3 upgrade. I stumbled upon this:

Does anybody know if this is good wire in terms of strand count, cause I wanna try to get something as close as I can to true 1/0, but I don't wanna spend a ton

Take a look in the classifieds since you wont need much if you only need it for the big 3.
