0G wire

So i bought some 0g wire the other day and happened to show it to a friend who has 0g in his car. He looks at me and says "thats not 0g". So i compair it to his and its no where close. So i guess the "You get what you pay for" is true. Anyways. the local shop charges $6 a foot. Is there anywhere online i can get 0g wire for cheaper that is actually 0G?

yes online u can find it for around $2-$3 plus shipping

6/ft is ALOT, i got "bashed" for trying $2/ft shipped on some streetwire and tsunami wire, both were good wire.

Get out a ruler and measure it. By definition, 0awg wire is 8.25mm in diameter. If its less, get your money back, that shop lied to you.

i can get you 0guage wire shipped for 4$ a foot as long as you buy 15+ feet it aint ugly black shitt i don got a pic cuz my camera broke but its like clear/black lined tint it looks sick i jus got myself 30 feet to hook up my explorer

Actually gauge is determined by area, not diameter. If you use larger gauge wire, there will be less strands and more air gaps, making the wire look huge, but it may not have enough copper content to be 1/0. Standard for 1/0 is 53.475 mm^2 (square mm)
