okay after a little researching, looks like the IA Letha Inejction only needs 600rms, and with what my amp puts out. it should see over 750rms, and reason i ask is because we all know the FI Q is a amazing sub. but i feel i cant take it to its potential since my amp could only do so much, yeah it sounds awesome. but i do not want another amp, i love my Nine.5, if i were to get a nine.1 then i would be set.
so whats the retail on the 12", and whats the xmax, is this sub still in the works, is this a SQL sub like the FI Q?
ah so you went from an FI Q to a IA LI? also would my box be too big, or just right? its a 2.5^3 @ 32hzwhile the q is a great sub , after getting this , i dont regret getting rid of it at all. with the power im giving it now , i cant imagine giving it its rated power. and since im sure it can take a bit more over that , id say it would eat the q if both were given the same power. thats just an assumption so dont take that to heart. and yes , id say this can be a 'sql' sub.
check incriminatoraudio.com for specs and ssa for pricing.
sealed will work fine.
2.5 would work great.
i tired to go on the smaller side and went 2.25 cuft @ 32. i had my q 15" in 3.8 cuft @ 30hz.
sweet, looks like my box is perfect, all though i only have 39 square inches or port area, I think that will still be good enough.
yup.sweet, looks like my box is perfect, all though i only have 39 square inches or port area, I think that will still be good enough.
