I hear you on that!I have the DR's and was also amazed with not just the output but the quailty of the sound.

got around to playing with the amp/hu settings a bit , and im still amazed by this sub. of all the subs ive played with , i have a feeling im going to hold onto this one the longest. it plays low and loud enough to flex my roof and shake the piss out of my steering wheel on jeezys - put on , and that sean paul song that i cant remember the name right off hand , but wow. im so tempted to get this metered just to see what it can put up, it just gets louder everyday. makes me wish my kx550.3 put out more to the fronts to keep up with it or i had some 2ohm 6.5's. but when tuned down a bit , it blends very nice with my fronts. now i know i dont even have components , but i can say the ts-d's are no slouch and the LI compliments them very nicely.

the only thing i have bad to say about it which may actually be on my part , is that its a bit peaky. i do have the box up agaisnt the tailgate and it is ported at 32hz , but im sure if i had a better eq that wouldnt even be a problem. not that it is now , but thats the only thing i have to say on the negative side. also , im not sure whos part it was on , the photograph people or IA's , the shipping box could of used more padding but it did arrive safe.

overall , im VERY pleased with it. again , excellent job IA.

how does this compare to the FI Q power wise? like this IA Lethal is only getting 400rms, whats the rms rating on it?

okay after a little researching, looks like the IA Letha Inejction only needs 600rms, and with what my amp puts out. it should see over 750rms, and reason i ask is because we all know the FI Q is a amazing sub. but i feel i cant take it to its potential since my amp could only do so much, yeah it sounds awesome. but i do not want another amp, i love my Nine.5, if i were to get a nine.1 then i would be set.

so whats the retail on the 12", and whats the xmax, is this sub still in the works, is this a SQL sub like the FI Q?

I don't think you will be able to tell much of a difference from 750-1000 watts on the Q. I've never owned one but I'm going from what I've read. I also don't understand why IA isn't out there more...they seem like they make great subs. Retail says $259.
