06 Kicker CVR 10" Dual 4

OK I just ordered this sub off Ebay to go in my single cab Ranger in a Pre-fab truck box. 2 Questions, should it fit ok? Has anyone ever used 1 in a truck box? #2,what kinda power should i throw to it? 600 rms daily? I have a Pioneer 800 Mono right now, but its only like 360 Rms..lol should it push it ok For a while?

personally i'd try to give it atleast 400rms. kicker stuff is usually underrated so im sure it can handle over 600w

I used to have a ranger reg cab it sucked. I put a 10L7 in there and it didn't sound too good. It sounded alot better and louder in my integra. Anyways don't exspect to much out of a prefab box with a cvr in it. I have a 10in cvr right now in my car and it sounds good but I know if i put it in a prefab truck box it wouldn't sound to hot. I'm throwin 340watts rms at mine sealed and it takes it fine.

Well I know it wont be great, but I had 2 10" Planet Audio SVC 4 ohms 300 watts max. I downsized to 1 10, and just 1 of theese dont do much. So Im hoping the Kicker with some more power will get louder than those 2 did, since they arent that great lol.

my brother in law here bought our prefeb 05TCVR10 box off the rear off a ZX5503, and 400 watts, it slams...

Word..The Planet Audio sucks right now, im hoping the Kicker will be a BIG improvement. If its not then I will be upgrading to a 600 RMS Amp, and does anyone know if the CVR will fit in the truck box?
