05 xxx vs lms5400

I have 2 05 xxx 15's and got offered a trade for 1 lms 5400 15. Now my question is first of all is that a good deal? Second, off of 3000 rms which would yield better sq and spl. The xxx's are in 3.5 each sealed and the lms would be whatever sized box tuned to 27-29hz. This is all in the trunk of a 2003 q45. Thanks in advance!!

xxx's on spl and the 5400 on sq. Of course that's all dependant on install and whatnot.

what cone on the 5400? at any rate, the 5400 period. but this comes from someone who admittedly dislikes the xxx's a great deal. take it for what its worth

even still the 5400 would take the power, I had my 5400 on a single IA 40.1 and it was pretty intense.

but none the less 1500 ea would be pushing it o the xxx's BUT cone area comes in to play as far as which shall be louder.

I dont know about that, if he seals the xxx's and ports the 5400 theres gonna be a big difference in output.

Thanks for the replies,it seems like a for most part 2 xxx's will be louder and 5400 will have better sq. So but do you guys think the deal is good for me 2 do? I know no matter what I'll have top-notch subs but I just need some opinions. All how bout 06 xxx15 vs 2 05 xxx15's, same scenario.
