03 Crown Vic Interceptor Questions

One of my buddies has a dark gray Charger that he pretty much murdered out. It looks just like a cop car. He's been going well over 100 in it and been waived to by cops on the interstate. I don't have the balls to do anything like that, even if I had his car.

A few weeks ago I was going 85-90 on the interstate right behind someone, then passed a cop in the median and thought for sure I was gonna get a ticket, the cop started pulling out when he saw the dude in front of me, then saw me and reversed back into his spot and waved at me

Got the big 3 done finally and it solved my voltage drop issue, before it would drop to 10 at least (if not lower), now the lowest it hits is 12v full tilt
