0 AWG Prices per foot

Depends what brand it is. If its some no name brand for $5/ft then ya ur getting ripped off. If it's stinger or some other high quality brand then that's about right for high quality taking a local shops markup into consideration. Stinger 1/0 gauge sells for about $4/ft online. Not too sure on what other brands are considered "good" as I just started looking into upgrading to 0gauge myself. Getting a 0 gauge upgrade done to my system with BIG 3 tomorrow by my buddy. Hes gonna be doing an entire re-wire including BIG 3 in 0 gauge for me for $100 //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif. Helps to know sponsored people I guess haha.

As for where to buy. I would check around to see what would be decent wire. I see a lot of people also going with 0 gauge OFC welding cable which seems to be quite a bit cheaper in some cases, but wont be as flexable as a nice high strand count cable. But find out what's good and what's not and look around on ebay for cable. Probably going to be your best bet for getting it any cheaper than $5/ft. Or could check out woofersetc.com they have a lot of options for amp wiring kits that come with enough 0 gauge to do a standard amp install with it for a decent price on some.

Actually also there was an ad just placed in the classifieds for 2 50ft rolls of SHOK 0 gauge for $100 a roll ($2/ft)

EDIT: Sorry was looking at an old ad haha

But you could still check the classifieds on the forum here under the wiring and electrical. A lot of good deals to be had there. Most of the used cable is selling for about $2-3/ft for pretty high quality stuff.

Anywhere to buy power wire/ground wire 0 AWG thats a decent price, hear at local audio shops its 4.75 -5.50/foot. I can't tell if that's reasonable or a little expensive, don't want to get ripped off :].
Could also check out AudioSavings.com

They seem to only sell cadence and monster brand 0 gauge. But good prices though. Just not sure on the quality. Check em out.

Knu has copper clad aluminum at 1.95/ft, you can use, but it depends on how power you will be running. Most will say if you are running 3000wrms, copper clad is fine, if more than 3000, oxygene free copper.

So KNU CCA wouldn't be that bad of an idea? I plan on running an AQ 2200 on 2 HDC 3.0'S I won't need oxygen free will I?
