0/1 ga. upgrade Will i hear a difference?

i upgraded from 4 ga. that i have been running for about 3 yrs now. with me doin the upgrade in Big 3 as well, will i hear a difference by doing all of this???

more current = higher voltage = louder. Unless you still sit at the same voltage as you did before, you should be louder with your electrical upgrades than you were with 4ga

HIGHLY unlikely.

But IF you have unregulated amps, WERE getting significant voltage drop, AND have very sensitive hearing in the sub freqs you MIGHT be able to hear a SLIGHT improvement.

i have a HUGE voltage drop. at one point, i use to idle at 14, then it started drop to 13.6. if i play it hard, it drops to **** near to 9. 8... i really ned to upgrade my alt huh???

was that drop B$ or after the BIG3 an extra batt could do the trick for you.

with both!!! redtop in the trunk, 4ga. ran in big 3.... My back batt is not keeping charge for some reason. if i play it too long, the bass will get weak. and its very noticeable.

yea. the big 3 is alt to batt, add to the ground on the batt, then engine block to chassis right?

Geah but do you have a stock Alternator?? if so how many amps about 60??? if so u should up grade you alt!!! IMO

yeap, i have a stock alt. do i buy a stronger or get that one i rebuilt. how much am i looking at either way?
