So I had pioneer 4x6s in my dash and in my rear panels in my 92 sierra and they were working fine. Then I got some tweeters and split the 4x6 wire to power the tweeters. Probably a month or two later I started to hear some static. The weird thing is the static would only occur in a certain spot...

I need a 1000w amp to power two kicker comp 15" subs(500w peak ea) but i don't want to buy a crappy amp. I see reviews on amazon that say the specs are wrong on amps and i'd like to not get screwed over. I'm on a budget obviously (you can tell from the subs) so no more than 125$ please.
