guys theres nothing wrong with the subs. if you got 4 you would kill yourself hahaha, the one i have is running at roughly 550 rms at 4 ohms right now and is effing amazing {jl audio 1000w amp} but since its dual 2 ohm vc's you can only wire a single sub at half, or double its rated impedance...

well i got it, and it definatly did not disapoint......things pushin hard as hell and dont let up... im now in the market for another t112d2 ...... so i can wire it to 2 ohms.... sure ill blow the amp then...but ill find a better amp at that junction! gota say not bad for 70 bucks....in fact...

hey yall had aanother thread going but figured it was gona get outa line at some point. so id start a friendlyer one. i have a fosgate t112d2 and want to run it at 1 ohm but cant afford to or cant find the right deal on an amp thats 1 ohm stable.... so pawnshoping yestarday i found a jl audio...

also thought id add, i picked up a alpine mrp=m450 for pritty much free yestarday and tryd it at 1 ohm..... did great for about 5 minutes then went in to protect hahaha. 1 ohm is loud... i like it. but still think i can get the same sound with enough wattage at 4 ohms.

lol problem at hand bro..im not gona thank you for saveing my ****..... iv done this with a single sub before but i had matching amps, and it worked great.... my big concern here was 1 ohm loads {wich iv never messed with } and seeing every ones opinion on how to aproach the 2 diffrent size...

hmmm........ its not gona hurt the sub to run it at 2 ohms via 2 seprate amps....as long as their matched and thats what im scared of with the 2 diffrent amp brands. but if i get gully and do it today ill take a vid. im gona go pawn shoping for another alpine amp mrp=m350

beyond trying the alpine at 1 ohm..... if i was to find an exact match of the alpine amp i have.... there shouldent be anything wrong with powering each side of the vc with a seperate amp....as long as i could match em right?

and you know its funny when i had myu thread titled rf t1 d212 i got no hits....i title it that and get a ton of hits imidiatly
