Its a Profile HA1000. So would it be okay to only use one channel?

Well i have a 2 channel amp...is it okay if i only use one of the channels to power my sub? And what kinda box should i build for my sub....its a Cerwin Vega HED 10 SVC.....

Na Dont think they would do that. Im sure it was some kids who thought there was money in the envolope that had the stuuf in it. They also jamed 3 cds into my 1 disc cd play...Luckly it still works fine:)

What should i do about the car registration and insurance card? I still have the car title...i never keep that in my car.

So I finally installed my first sub in my car like 3 days ago and yesterday someone broke into my car and took the sub, car registration and insurance card, plus some cd's. Luckly they did not take the amp... The thing is my car was locked so I am not sure how they got in..... What should I do...

Well the blue wire was the only non-connected wire is saw....the deck is 4-5 years old...should i just use that?

Today I tried to install my amp, so I removed the HU which is a Kenwood KDC-215s. When i looked for the remote turn on i didnt see any wire. But i did see a wire labled as ANT CONT/P. CONT...The wire was blue with a white stripe and was not connected to anything.... IS this the remote turn on...

I have a Profile HA1000 and A Pioneer Ts-307D2..... So my amp puts out 480w RMS @ 4 ohms bridged.... If I want to put out 400w RMS@ 4 ohms do i set my gains so I get 40v [sqrt (400x4)]? I want to do this since my sub runs at 400w RMS @ 4 ohms. Can anyone run me through on how to set the gains...

Is there suppose to be a gasket that goes between the sub and the enclosure? Does that usually come with the sub or do i buy one? I am going to install my amp behind my back seat which underneath is metal. Should i screw a piece of wood into the metal then crew the amp on to the wood or can i...
