just got my new 12" alpha in today. looking for a nice box for this sub. i used the re box calculator and came up with one that is 35w x 17d x 14h and tuned to 33hz. box comes to 2.967 cubic feet. plan on using a kicker kx1200.1 amp for now. does this sound like a good box for this sub...

my subs and amp were stolen over the weekend and am looking to slowly build over the next year or so. i had 3 12" Kicker CVRs and a Hifonics bx1605 amp. looking into getting one 12" sub anywhere from 1000w-2000w rms. ive always wanted to tryout re audio, so im leaning that way at the moment...

I have 3 12" kickers dual 2 ohm subs. I have them wired to 1.34 ohms. I have a hifonics bx1605, 1600x1 at 1ohm. since its not wired at 1ohm, I was wondering how i would determine my power? should i just use the 1600 watts for my power number? if so it would be sqrt(1600x1.34)=46.3.

yeah im pretty sure that they will have it. if not there are about 3 other ones to choose from, that was just the cheapest

had it hooked up to my old 7894 and it sounded good and i currently have it hooked up to my 9855. its right around mp3 quality.

It seems you have the money so I would go with the 310. There are ways around having to put it into park. Do some research or go to your local car audio shops, they should have the answer for you.
