i HIGHLY doubt this is possible, nor could you navigae your mp3's via your headunit *you said you're going to hide it* you would have to rig up a dc lead taht goes internally to the mp3 player that bypasses the on button/s, good luck, but taht still doesn't solve your prob if you truely plan to...

I have a Clarion VRX610, and i have no idea what the pre-amp output is, but i have a picture of my manual, i see video out power, but not audio, can someone give me a number i should have my gain set at (ranges from .02mv to 9v on my brutus bx1500d)

that fuse is for the cable itself, not the amp, the amp is protected by the fuses on it.....and it's going to be powering the bx and a bahn 8002t (1/0 run to 2 4awg) i see all this debate about how fuses work, but nothing reguarding my amp issue, has anyone ever ran into this on any amp?
