Can I substitute a section of my Power Wire & use it for the Ground Wire for my Amp? My current ground wire is too short (2ft) and I need 3FT. I got new stuff and the Ground Wire won't reach now and I don't want to go buy a whole new install kit if I can just cut off a section of my Power...

I got it, it was the remote wire, I used the fuse for the radio for it and that was the problem, I am used to my old Ford Mustangs, and the radio on them shuts off when the car does, on the new Chevy the radio plays after the car is off. So I switched the wire to the Moonroof fuse and it works...

So how would I stop it from catching the "stray electricity"?

Ok, I will have her bring the car back over here, and I will check the remote wire. Would the AMP being ON even when the car is off make the subs go off when the trunk is slammed shut or the back doors.. I dont understand why it would do that. Never had this problem before.
