Some shop didn't tell me, just what I've read and researched so far. I don't think it's a box or tuning issue, I think I've maximized those CVR's potential. What do you guys think of these RF's Rockford Fosgate T0D415, - SpeakerBoom.com | Premier Car Audio Online!- T0D415 . They seem kinda cool.

I'm running the 12" in a ported enclosure, with 2.0 cubes each. Pretty large box, trying to cut down on space and achieve some low bass. It's made out of 1" mdf, with proper port specs. Sounds good, you just can't really replicate a sound of a 15 with 12's.
