It's a Nissan Qashqai, so fairly roomy, but my wife will kill me if I start taking up the room with sound gear - we bought the car to carry babies and their belongings! I'm tempted to just go with it, as you say, must be better than nothing right? What else would you suggest?

That's a huge help, thank you. I'll decrimp what I've done and connect both the Bluetooth and the Antenna to the same blue/white remote lead from the HU. Presume I can just use a normal butt connector with two cables in one end and one in the other?
