Friend of mine is considering two units... he has nothing in his car right now and is looking for something cheap. He can get a Pioneer DEH-P750MP or a Panasonic CQ-DFX983U. Same price on both ($80)! He likes the looks of both, but which is better? no extra money so it really is down to these...

Highly doubt that as over the last two weeks in which i have been interested in them i have seen 3 sold on ebay! and just reading on here over 10 people have them so i guess they were all owned by 10 different people whom all happen to be regulars on this forum.... come on man lets stop trying...

First of all i would like to say that their customer service sucks big time.... i talked to some asian fella two weeks ago trying to find out information about an RE HC10 (before i bought it) and all he could tell me is that it is discontinued and that he had no information at all on them...

Two is the most i can get... im only getting one though as i have no room for two, not to mention i dont have the extra money to buy an extra woofer/bigger amp/box! So what about the box size? just looking for a range as far as sealed goes!

Looks like the HC is far and beyond the best! Now how big of a box should i build/buy? im just looking for a range for a sealed and ported box.... depending on how big the box will be i will choose which one to go with!

Not for $80... thats how much cheaper than the Eclipse they are! I can get them for $100 though (ofcourse its gonna be used)! The eclipse new is like $220-240.... i have a friend though that can get it for me for about $175 and then the W6 is like $250 new but can be had for much less around...

I talked to this arabic sounding tech from RE and he told me that they discontinued the sub... i was kinda dissipointed in the guy cause he just kept telling me that they had no info on these subs because they had been discontinued and couldnt even tell me what they were rated at... iv been...

The subs are listed in the poll question, i just hadnt finished that part yet.... i know there is no best which is why i specifically asked why so and so would think this is the best sub out of these three and went further on to ask about SQ/SPL/SQL!

Vote on which of the following three subs you feel is the best sub and please explain why!!! I will buy an amp after getting the sub, but for now its all about the sub. Which is best overall and which is best at what? best SQ? SQL? SPL?
