well that would be an option for a sub, but I have nothing right now. Including reciever or any type of speakers Im looking for a total setup. This may not really be the place to ask, but I figured I'd give it a shot.

Im going to college at the University of Idaho this coming fall and I really would like a decent sound setup for my dorm room when I go. My budget is fairly tight, so nothing totally extravagant. I want a system with a THD less than .5% Wattage isnt really an issue. Thanks

Eclipse. Go buy one. I have an alpine 7893 which is supposed to have good sound but I helped install an eclipse deck for my friend (the deck was about 3 years old) I was blown away by the eclipse and I now wish I had bought an eclipse over my alpine....
