i have an infinity 12.1 with a jl 500/1 amp. the ploblem is my sub is fluttering with certain notes in certain songs. I know it isnt getting to much power. i have the amp turned WAAAAY down the boost all the way down. i can turn it up and make some really nice loud bass with alot of songs but...

Is it Possible to put a 12 or 2 in a miata i have looked at them for sometime but when i read websites they talk about not being able to and putting 8s in........it seems that cutting out the trunk would give room for even 2 somone plz fill me in tell me what u guys have...

the shape of the box wont make a difference in sound and with a perfect i would go with a sealed box because perfects hard nice SQ so by putting it in a sealed u keep the SQ way up there if u have any extra cash u might want to get a more powerful amp just depends how much bump u want i sugest...

they recently changed the look of them added dot matrix display and such and those are in stores now although i personnally like the old ones better they just look better in my opinion

well i know there is no way wires touched and its grounded good i think i drilled a hole into the bottom of my cab under the seat pulled back all carpet sanded it all around put a star washer on top and botom with a battery type terminal to hole the wire and bolted it down........what causes...

the fuse was still good and i hooked it to 4 different subs and none got any power also the power light on the amp comes on it just dosent put out sound......i dont see how it would have just gone out all of the sudden esp at a low vol...

the power light on the amp still comes on that means it didnt blow a fuse right?

i have the dx 900 ( i think thats the modle or something like that been to long) and i love it have 5 rca outs 5 volt out put 47x4 and look **** good at night

i have 2 jl 500/1 going to 2 perfects and they have handled them just fine.........and i listen loud alot so they have had the full 500 to them many times

panasonic and pioneer have some nice HU and i agree with the above dont buy a cheap amp u will just replace it later

my GF has one and it adds nice clear bass but it doesnt "hit" by any means it just adds some lows
