I just bought a brand new alpine cda-7892. I installed it myself in my 93 explorer but no sound comes out of the speakers. Power goes into the HU itself (light flash, able to push buttons and stuff happends), but no sound comes out of the speakers. i put my old deck back in and everything works...

the lightning audio amp i am talking about is the S1.1000D Class D Mono Amplifier (Storm amplifier)

what amp should i get. the 1000 watt D amp by lightning audio or the 1200watt D amp by JBL. I am running 2 12" alpine type R's in a sealed box.

i am going to get 2 12" infinity kappa perfect subs and an infinitry beta 300 amp. I know i need a cap. because my system will run ant 1000watts. I am wandering if all caps are the same, and if they are not, which is the best ones (basically which is the best one that i can get). -Thanks-
