Hey got a friend who has just bought a system and I tried to help him out b/c I know a thing or 2 and he don't know crap. He won't listen though so I was wonderin if u all could help me out to help my friend and prove to him that hes screwin up his system, but maybe hes not heres his set up...

Thats the thing I don't. I was recommended a mone amp stable at 1-ohms so I didn't kno if by making its impedance 1-ohm would increase the watts even more meaning that I could by a not as powerful amp=less money spent to power my subs.

I asked a w=question earlier about the Rockford Fosgate punch HX2's. I got some helpful hints and many of the replies said that they had a loud boom but bad sound quaility. What would be a better alternative around the same price range ($150-$250)

What do some of u experienced guys tink of the 10 and 12 inch Rockford Fosgate Punch HX2's w/ dual 2 and 4 ohm voice coils. Any other sub suggestions around these specs would also help.
