the subs are 12" alpine Type-R, and im thinking of runing them with a hifonics Brutus 1000w amp....... is it good idea???? sealed or ported???

would two subwoofers that handle 300wrms each, handle a 1000w apmlifier @ 1 ohm? would it blow up my subs or damage them?

So i could just buy any speakers as long as they are the size of the factory ones? ex ( OE is 6 1/2, so i can buy any speaker that is 6 1/2 , and fit in my car easy)?

Just wondering if that guide is accurate because i want some type -r alpine component and speakers, but it sais they wont fit in my car. and they alow some other 6 1/2 speakers? would they fit even through they are not there in the list?

well since im goin for 2 alpine type-r 12", I need to decide on the best amp for these subs and under $250. I was thinking of a Hifonics bx1000, and give each sub 500wrms. Any better suggestions??? Also what size of a box should i get?... i was thinking .8-.9 cu ft each sub. in a sealed.
