When setting gains on the door speakers what frequency do you use for the volt meter? And subwoofer aswell? I might just spend the $40 on an oscilloscope because I’m always messing with my system and changing things

Found the highest volume on the deck that doesn’t send a clipped signal, then I kinda did it by ear but I think I could be overpowering the speakers by a little. I’m gonna buy a oscilloscope when I get new speakers to properly set the gains. Just trying to pick which speakers to get tweeters/mids

What would you recommend then for it to sound better?

For my voice amp I have a skar rp150.4, I was wondering if I wired 4 6.5 midrange loudspeakers to 2 ohms per channel in parallel off of 2 channels, and then had 2 tweeters wired to the other 2 channels running at around 150rms if you guys think it would sound decent? Loud but also not too tinny...

I guess that would make sense, its an extended cab obs ford, so theres almost no room under the rear seats and no room behind the driver and passenger seat. Only option I guess would be to build a seat box but I'm happy enough as is now..

I recently picked up a skar svr10. Its running at 1 ohm to a skar rp800. As of now i'm running 800 watts rms into it because its fully broken in and the output just doesn't seem that impressive. I've seen videos of 1 of them shaking the rearview and outside mirrors, but on full volume mine...

I just looked at Kenwood and they seem reasonable price wise, and controlling EQ from your phone seems pretty cool too.. Do you know If I can turn down the bass on my speakers while controlling the sub separately?

Should I get different frequency blockers for the 6.5 vs the 5x7?
