Oh that goes without saying- adapters will be cut from MDF then sealed and deadened, with some deadening in the doors and the panels. All factory wiring will be bypassed, gains set on scope and then balanced, blah blah blah. I'm not worried about used, just thinking that there might be better...

Definitely don't want to chop up the door panels or build anything that doesn't look stock. Dropping in the JBLs won't take any chopping, just making an adapter plate to cover the gap between the 8" hole and the 6x8 driver.

I call BS on your Volfenhag's ability to hold papers down. Those amps are so light you barely believe they even have metal in them when you pick one up.
