what do you guys think would sound better for example a 13 w7 rated for 1500 watts at 1000 Watts or a 12 w7 rated for 1,000 at 1000 Watts? basically a bigger batter subwoofer with 2/3 power versus a slightly lower subwoofer with full power what's better?

I have a 13w7 at 1,000 w and I feel like a 12 w7 at 1000 watts would sound much better considering the 13w7 needs 1500 watts the get to its full potential. thoughts? I'm just really not impressed with the 13 I got to admit.
